Fit Chick Recipes

I’m not the best cook; in fact, there was a time when I was known to be the girl that can’t cook. With patience and practice I’m learning more and more. I will never claim to be a great chef, but I will claim that I’ll provide you with very simple and quick recipes to fit your healthy lifestyle.

Eating healthy is not at all about low-fat, sugar free, diet food. It’s about providing your body with simple natural ingredients. I try to steer clear of overly processed foods that contain too many chemicals and products you wouldn’t find in your kitchen. I love to use fresh fruits and vegetables, whole grains, and healthy fats.

I’m learning to not just serve up the boring old chicken and steamed veggies healthy meal staple, but to try new ingredients and dishes. Join me on my adventure as I learn more in the kitchen, bringing you delicious fit-chick recipes on the way!
